What is included in a picnic package?
Every experience includes the full boho styling — low table, cushions, linens, glassware, florals, and candles — plus your chosen menu and a connection ritual to keep. We set everything up before you arrive and clear it all away after. You simply show up.
Which locations do you serve?
We create experiences across Los Angeles and Orange County — from Malibu and the coastline to Pasadena, Santa Monica, and the canyons. If you have a special spot in mind, just ask.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead, especially for weekends and golden-hour dinners. For special occasions, earlier is always better — reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I choose the location?
Absolutely. You can select from our curated spots or share your own. We'll advise on permits, lighting, and the best time of day for the setting you have in mind.
How do I book, and what deposit is required?
Send us an inquiry with your date, location, and guest count. Once we confirm availability, a deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before your experience.
Can I customize my experience?
Yes — every Mandra Soul experience is bespoke. Tell us the occasion and the feeling you're after, and we'll tailor the menu, palette, florals, and ritual to match.
What if the weather is rainy or windy?
We watch the forecast closely. If conditions won't allow the experience you deserve, we'll reschedule to a new date at no extra cost, or help you choose a sheltered alternative.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Life happens. Reschedules are easy with advance notice, and our full policy is shared at booking so there are never any surprises.
